Air-source heat pump installation
Design, supply and fit — Daikin, Vaillant, Mitsubishi and Grant.
Heat pump installations across Birmingham and the West Midlands. Family-run, no hard sell, and we'll only recommend a heat pump if it genuinely suits your home.
Whether you're replacing an old gas boiler, going off-grid, or building new — we handle the whole job in-house. No sub-contracted labour, no vague "partners".
Design, supply and fit — Daikin, Vaillant, Mitsubishi and Grant.
Radiator sizing, pipework upgrades and buffer/cylinder specification — the boring bits that actually matter.
Sized to your household, plumbed properly, with a smart controller you'll actually use.
Up to £7,500 off through the Boiler Upgrade Scheme. We do the paperwork, you get the discount.
Annual services, monitoring, warranty support — same engineers, all year round.
Tie your heat pump into solar PV or a home battery so you're running on your own power where you can.
Most of it is already familiar — the same radiators, the same hot taps. What changes is where the heat comes from, and one cupboard you'll need to find.

The part that replaces your boiler. It sits outside on a slab, about the size of a washing machine, and takes warmth out of the outside air even in the middle of winter. Your old gas boiler and its flue come out completely.
Hot water is stored rather than heated on demand, so the system needs a cylinder and somewhere to put it — an airing cupboard is ideal. It holds a full tank for baths and showers and reheats quietly through the day.
The same radiators, in the same places. A heat pump warms the water more gently than a boiler, so we measure every room at survey and upgrade only the radiators that aren't big enough to keep that room warm.
Two pipes do all the work: one carries warm water out to the rooms, the other brings it back to the heat pump to be warmed again. Usually your existing pipework, with any runs too narrow to carry the flow replaced.
A heat pump's ideal partner, but not a requirement. If you already have it, we'll run it. If you don't, there's no need to lift your floors — correctly sized radiators do the job just as well.
Heat pumps aren't a boiler swap — but we've made the process as painless as we can. No pressure calls, no upselling.
We visit, take heat-loss measurements and talk you through your options in plain English.
Full written design and price, usually within a week. BUS grant already deducted.
Our own team, typically 2–5 days on site. Old kit removed, no mess left behind.
We stay involved — first-year check-in, ongoing servicing and warranty support on the same number.
Yes — a properly-sized heat pump keeps a UK home warm at outside temperatures well below zero. The trick is the sizing and the radiators, not the pump itself. That's what we spend most of our survey on.
Not usually. Most homes need one or two radiators upgraded to slightly larger ones — not the whole system. We tell you exactly which at survey and it's part of the fixed quote.
Most of our installs come in between £8,000 and £14,000 after the £7,500 grant — depending on the size of the home and how much pipework needs upgrading. We'll never give you a price without seeing the property.
Two to five days on site for a typical home. We aim to keep you in hot water the whole time, and we won't leave the site until the system is running, commissioned and you're happy with it.
Modern units run at around 40–50 dB from a metre away — quieter than a fridge. We position the outdoor unit sensibly and can add acoustic shrouds where planning or neighbours are a concern.
We usually recommend against it — a well-sized heat pump doesn't need one, and hybrid setups add cost and complexity. But if it makes sense for your home we'll design that too.
Book a free, no-obligation home survey. We'll tell you honestly whether a heat pump suits your home — and if it doesn't, we'll say so.
The four things that have to be true first, what the free survey measures, and the cases where we'd tell you to stick with gas.
