Yes — from a handful of properties to hundreds. We schedule CP12s, service reminders and emergency callouts through one point of contact.
Are you insured for commercial work?
£10m public liability, £10m employer's liability. Certificates on request. Every engineer is Gas Safe registered under our commercial ticket.
Can you work out of hours?
Yes — nights, weekends and phased shutdowns are common for us, especially in hospitality and light industrial.
Do you take service contracts?
Yes — planned preventative maintenance contracts from single-site through to multi-site portfolios, with SLAs to match.
What size projects do you take on?
Anything from a single boiler swap up to full plant room rebuilds. If we're not the right fit for a job we'll tell you and refer on.
Do you handle the design work?
Yes — heat-loss calcs, pipework design, plant room layout, controls specification. We can also work to your consultant's drawings.
